Life goes on...

Hi Everyone,

Sorry I have been a terribly neglectful blogger so thought I should do an update in case anyone has been curious.  Just as per this post title 'Life Goes On' after jaw surgery.  Overall, I am doing great and have had an excellent recovery.
                           

 Initially after surgery I had some numbness to my left lower jaw which has now completely resolved.  I personally feel that the acupuncture treatments I had done really helped to expedite the recovery process for this, but who knows it may have returned on its own too.  I still get some clicking of my jaw, especially when I yawn but this is really the only residual problem I have, so I'll take it.

Fun in VEGAS!!!!

I had to have my plate and screws removed on thr right side in November 2012 which was also uneventful; though strange having someone use a screwdriver on your face while you are conscious.  Some temporary swelling and bruising resulted but feels much better now, had been making a small sore on my lower gumline prior to being removed.

January 28, 2013 - BRACES-FREE!!!!!!!!!!!

 

My braces were removed on January 28, 2013 and I am loving life braces-free

and eating everything in sight, though this may also be due to my pregnancy :D

 

 Baby number 2 is expected to arrive anytime now, due next week.

 

I'm still getting used to (fully) smiling for the camera...lol

 

Life is good.
